How To Submit Your 3 Free Background Checks
STEP 1
Please check your email for a welcome email with the link to access the Client Portal where you can begin submitting Candidates! You should have it in your email inbox within the next 5 minutes.
Be sure to check your “junk” and “spam” folders as these first-time emails often end up there!
STEP 2
Once you have access to the Client Portal, you will see an orange button at the top right that will allow you to begin submitting new Candidates for the Background Check.
